As you can see, my review for phewtick is rather short, cause I guess you probably read a lot of it online already. What I want to show here, is the result I got after a long time of scanning and also to see if they really do payout the cash to my PayPal account. The number of online survey invites are quite reasonable, as I normally receive 1 -3 invitation per week. Depending on the length of the surveys, you will get between 10 - 150 points per online survey completed. And once the survey that you have participated end, you will earn addition 1 - 2 points or even if you have not finish it. When you have earned enough points to meet the minimum point for redemption which is 1000 Opinion World points, you can exchange them for shopping vouchers from varies retail brands.

What I Like About It
Although you can't redeem the points for cash, the quarterly cash prize draw and the selections of shopping vouchers are very attractive. And the more surveys you completed, the more chances you will get for the prize draws.

What I Don’t Like About It
They used to have a refer-a-friend program, however it was discontinued. I really hope they will bring it back, as it really allow us to have more ways to earn more rewards. And the option for redeeming points for cash reward is also gone.

But they will have to remove the cap of 5 referrals a week quota and change it to unlimited, in order for that to work.

MySurvey is a easy and fun survey site to join. The survey questionnaires that I took part are very fun to answer and the survey invitations are basically very easy to get qualify. The points awarded for each survey is relatively high for what I have experienced, as the least amount of points I have received so far for an online survey is 40 points. And it is quite a lot comparing to other sites that I have previously joined. With a clean and simple outlook, this online panel does not really provide a very fun and rewarding experience, at least not for me. Being an oversea owned panel, I guess Asia or in my case Singapore might not be their key target market, period. Since the day I joined in mid 2008, I have not received much invites and those that I did are usually hard to get qualified. Perhaps it just my luck, as it was stated in the website “survey comes up where a client needs the views of someone who, for example, lives where you do, and then you will be put forward for invitation. It is then down to a little bit of luck as to whether you are one of the few hundred people who are asked to take part”.

Apparently, it seem like the amount of survey that I received from them remain the same. On average, I will get 1 survey invitation every month and 2 if in better luck. I guess you will have a greater opportunity if you are located in US or UK. 

So I have wrote this review, in hope that you might have much better luck than me in getting any success to earn extra cash from home with them.

However, it is still a trusted panel that provides quite a few attractive ways to rewards the members. For each survey complete, a reward of between S$2 to S$5 will be given and up to S$50 for specialist surveys. The money will then be stored in your account until it reaches the minimum redemption amount. Redemption can be in 2 choices, either in the form of gift certificate or as donation to a participating charity. For new member, they will stand a chance to win themselves an iPod Nano when signing up (no longer apply).

The image on the right show the history of the rewards that I earned since 2009. It not really a lot, since the survey invitations are limited. And apart from the benefits mention above, most thing have changed. The rewards payout is between $0.75 to $2.75 from what I've experienced, and the minimum redemption amount is $20. Currently the only option available for redemption is the Cold Storage Voucher. Plus the option to donate your earning to the charity foundation is also no longer valid.

What I Like About It
You can still redeem shopping voucher from Cold Storage which is the only choice currently. There isn't really much to do on their website, so all you need to do is wait for invite in your email and complete the survey through the link provided. Will save you some time.

What I Don’t Like About It
The chances of getting online survey invite are very low. And no referrals program to enable the possibility of earning more rewards. Apart from that, rewards are not redeemable for cash which has also made it even less attractive.

What I Like About It

What I Like
Cash Crate has a very good support system in place to help members in getting their question answered. Right at the beginning when I 1st joined back in 2009, there is a “Fast Track” message that is send to all new member to help them locate the best offers that are highest paying and take the least time. This will definitely be a time saver. However, everything are now made automated, just log in and the best offers will be selected for you on the homepage.

It a great place to get 1st hand information. What really impresses me other than the variety of offers is their excellent referral program. With that Referral Ranking system, it really gets me to put in some hard work to get those extra referrals.

As Cash Crate is US based, only members from US and some English speaking countries will get the most offers. As for where I am located (Singapore), I guessed they considered us as an english speaking country but the offers I received is still quite limited.

Overview
Overall, I am very satisfied with CashCrate.com. Although I might not receive a lot of offers due to my location, the other earning options like the referral program do make up for that if you do focus on getting more US referrals. And one last thing before I end this review, and let it be a reminder to you.
